Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to measure and fix the boundaries of the lands in SF No.43/5, measuring an extent of 0.18.0 Ares and in SF No.43/6C measuring an extent of 0.5.50 Ares of Sirukadambur Village, Sendurai Taluk, Ariyalur District in terms of the Pattas issued to the respondents 2 & 3 and consequently make necessary corrections in the Field Map Book(FMB) by considering the representations dated 23/09/2020 and 26/12/2020.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed an application to the first respondent for a revenue sub division of his property comprised in S.F.No.43/5 and S.F.No.43/6C of Sirukadambur Village, Sendurai Taluk, Ariyalur District Vide his application dated 23.09.2020. As no action was initiated by the first respondent, he came up with a reminder dated 26.12.2020.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the first respondent and made a statement on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 10.02.2021 at 3.00 p.m. at the office of the first respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the same, no further direction is required to the given except that the first respondent is now required to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, grant them a fair and effective hearing and dispose of the representation within a period of eight (8) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
