in W.P.No.789 of 2025 M.SUNDAR, J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR. J.,] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notice issued by the 2nd respondent bearing reference Na.Ka.No.B1/1852/2024 dated 28.12.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioners adverting to support Page Nos.1/3

affidavit submitted that the original impugned notice was misplaced and the same could not be traced out and hence, the writ petitioner is not able to file the original impugned notice. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph No.15 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'15. I submit that, the original copy of the notice passed by the 7th respondent was misplaced and the same could not be traced out. However, I am herewith filing true copy of the same. Hence, it is just and necessary to dispense with the production of original impugned notice dated 28.12.2024 made in Na.Ka.No.B1/1852/2024 issued by the 7th respondent in the above writ petition.'
