Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the fourth respondent to dispose of her representation dated 08.07.2017, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

wherein and whereby, she sought for issuance of patta in her favour in respect of the land in Survey No.110/C21, measuring to an extent of 3.6 cents, situated at Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and consequently, directing the fourth respondent to act upon the proceedings of the second respondent dated 11.09.2017.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the fourth respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
