This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to make an endorsement that the Settlement deed Doc.No.1154 of 2008 is in valid as per order in W.P.No.19483 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court to work out the remedy. No costs.
