This application has been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator to pass an Award by three months.

2. Mr.Chandra Mouli Prabhakar, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the vakalat has been represented. However, it is not reflected. He further submits that he has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Recording the same and being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator passing Award in the arbitration proceedings is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, to pass an Award is extended by a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
