The conditional order passed by this Court on 07.02.2022 in A.No.234 of 2022 has been complied with and hence Registry is directed to take the written statement on file, if it is otherwise in order. The learned Counsel for the plaintiff is directed to produce P.W.1 before the learned Additional Master-IV on 24.03.2022 and the chief examination of P.W.1 shall be completed on the same day itself, failing which, the Master shall close the evidence of P.W.1. The defendant is directed to file his proof affidavit well in advance on or before 23.03.2022 and adduce evidence, if he desire to examine anyone on his side and produce the witness on 25.03.2022. The learned counsel for the plaintiff shall complete the cross examination on 25.03.2022 itself. The recording of evidence by the learned Additional Master-IV shall be completed on 25.03.2022 itself. List the matter on 29.03.2022.
