This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Principal District Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur to consider the bail application in connection with Crime No.214 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, D-6, Pothatturpet Police Station, Tiruvallur on their surrender and consider on the same day. 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that this Court has already passed an order in Crl OP No.18492 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023 2/4

granting the very same relief as prayed for in this petition and hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

In view of the same, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to file an application seeking for extension of time.
