Common Prayer:Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the second and third respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct horse ride at Pykara Water Falls Tourist place at Udhagamandalam, Nilgiris District by passing orders on petitioners' representation dated 25.11.2019 in a time bound manner.

the petitioner to horse ride at Pykara Water Falls Tourist place at Udhagamandalam, Nilgiris District by passing orders on petitioners' representation dated 25.11.2019. 2.Heard both sides.

3. Whether the petitioner is entitled to conduct the horse ride at the above said site is a matter for consideration of the respondents and therefore, at this stage, this Court is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners. However, as it is stated that their representation to that effect is still pending and the learned Government Advocate Mr.M.Elumalai appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 also submitted that the said representations would be considered and orders would be passed on merits and in accordance with law, all these writ petitions are disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, only with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
