(through video conference) Heard Mr. B.Vijay, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Niranjan Rajagopalan, Learned Standing Counsel for the First Respondent and Mr. S.T.Varadharajulu, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent, on instructions, states that the information sought by the Second Respondent has been furnished to him after filing of the Writ Petition and nothing survives for further consideration in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter. He has filed a memo dated 23.09.2020 through e-mail to that effect, which is placed on record.

Learned Counsel for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that there are no further proceedings before the First Respondent pursuant to the impugned order, and that the said fact would be confirmed by filing a memo through e-mail shortly, which shall be placed on record. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
