O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu by name Saravanan, S/o.Chinnathambi.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the detenu has been arrested, in connection with Crime No.1428 of 2017 registered under Sections 397 and 506[ii] of Indian Penal Code and subsequently, remanded.

3. In fact, this Court has perused the remand report, wherein, it has been stringently stated that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody.

4. Under the said circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this petition is dismissed.
