3.
Learned Counsel for the First and Second Respondents has brought to the notice of the Court that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Rajbir Surajbhan Singh -vs- Chairman, Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, Mumbai [(2019) 14 SCC 189] has held that a Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution would not lie against the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, which is the First Respondent in this case, as it is a private entity entrusted with recruitment for banks. In such circumstances, it is not possible to delve into the merits of the controversy involved in the matter. 4.
In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 16.08.2022 vjt Index: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 29.08.2022.
