The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also seeks liberty to file a fresh petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. He would further submit that the facts of the case are exactly similar to the case covered in the decision reported in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others vs. The Inspector of Police Velayuthampalayam Police Station, Karur District] dated 20.09.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Quash petition.
