CMP.No.4506 of 2024 is filed by the petitioners/appellants to condone the delay of 214 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent - Shanthana Venugopal in the second appeal.

CMP.No.4508 of 2024 is filed by the petitioners/appellants to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent in the second appeal.

CMP.No.4510 of 2024 is filed by the petitioners/appellants to bring S.Vimala and S. Deepak on record as the legal heirs of the deceased Shanthana Venugopal/1st respondent, as the respondents 5 and 6 in the second appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing these three petitions.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the first respondent, these three petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the second appeal and post the second appeal on 16.04.2025. gv 09.04.2025
