The petitioner has come up with these contempt petitions for the alleged non compliance of the order of this Court dated 30.04.2008 in W.P.Nos.40449/2006 and 47211 /2006.

2. Today, when the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for 2/3

herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these contempt petitions.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these contempt petitions are closed. Consequently, the connected Sub Applications are also closed.
