This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to withdraw the above case in HMOP.No.230 of 2022 from the file of the SubCourt, Thiruvottiyur, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Sivaganga.

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, dated 05.04.2023 and the report also attached in this regard. He further submitted that the petition may be dismissed as settled out of Court.
