O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conclude the enquiry conducted on 29.06.2017, as per the notice issued by the second respondent dated 20.06.2017 and to pass final order.

2. Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the second respondent has issued notice dated 20.06.2017, calling upon the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 29.06.2017 along with all relevant documents, pursuant thereto, the petitioner appeared for enquiry and produced all relevant documents before the Enquiry Officer and having satisfied thereon, till date the respondents did not pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any order and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondents to conclude the enquiry at the earliest and pass final order.

3. Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, sought for four weeks time to conclude the enquiry.

4. This Court, placing on record the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, directs the second respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
