O RDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he seeks to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner qua withdrawal, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Acceding to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner qua dispensing with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court, Crl.M.P.No.3135 of 2026 is ordered and the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under section 313 Cr.P.C./Section 351 of BNSS, on the date of pronouncing judgment and also on any other dates as may be required by the trial Court. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be duly represented by his counsel on all hearing dates before the trial Court. Crl.M.P.No.3136 of 2026 is closed.
