This application has been filed to permit the applicant/plaintiff to produce the following documents listed at S.Nos.(i) to (xxvi), receive and take on file the same as plaintiffs evidence document Nos.26-51.

2. This Court, considering the averments made in the application and the nature of the documents viz, e-mail correspondences and communications, is of the view that the aforesaid documents listed at S.Nos.(i) to (xxvi) be received, subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility. This application is ordered accordingly.

3. Post the matter before the Additional Master No.IV on 29.01.2024 for examination of witnesses.
