The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to consider the representations dated 12.02.2018 and 07.06.2018 made by the Petitioner and to appoint her to the post of Noon Meal Organizer in any Noon Meal Centre in Sankarapuram Panchayat Union.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner died after the filing of the Writ Petition her legal heirs have not contacted him for further prosecution of the matter. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
