ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report for the complaint registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C in connection with Crime No.192 of 2018 on the file of the respondent.

2. The respondent police is directed to effectively continue with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in the case of Manohari Vs. District Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai District and two others, reported in 2018 (2) Law Weekly (crl) 522 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
