take appropriate action to prevent the fourth respondent from creating any law and order problem.

ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 especially the third respondent, to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner during the harvesting of 2.16 acres of wet land situated at Movur Village, Katturmannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore Distirct.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner and the fourth respondent are brothers and that there is civil dispute between the parties and in this regard a civil suit in O.S.No.48 of 2025 before the District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate Court, Kattumannarkoil is also pending between the parties and hence, the representation given by the petitioner has been closed and the parties have been directed approach the civil court.

3.
