PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2020 requesting to pay his monthly pension and its arrears of amounts within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 09.07.2020 and 01.10.2020 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition and without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 09.07.2020 and 01.10.2020, on merits and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
