(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the wife, aggrieved by the non-determination of permanent alimony by the Family 1/4

Court. It is stated that the husband has already filed an appeal against the order of the Family Court, dissolving the marriage and directing payment of Rs.1,00,000/- per month as maintenance. The wife chooses to challenge the order contending that the Family Court has not considered grant of permanent alimony at Rs.75,00,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Crores only) as claimed by the wife. We do not see any justification in the preposterous prayer. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (R.S.M., J.)
