(The Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J) Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue namely, Sindhuja, aged about 29 years, has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondent to cause production of the detenue.

2. The petitioner is present. The detenue is produced by the respondent police. The father of the detenue is also present. Detenue informs that her parents are against the marriage entered upon by her with the petitioner and she has returned to her paternal home and wishes to continue to reside in the care and custody of her parents.
