Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7360 of 2020 by this Honble Court by an order dated 18.08.2020 concerned the petitioners shall report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chidambaram on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.BALU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chidambaram on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7360 of 2020, dated 18.08.2020.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7360 of 2020, dated 18.08.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chidambaram as and when required.
