2. Captioned civil miscellaneous petition is preferred to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased second appellant in the above appeal as appellants 3 to 5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners 2 to 4 are the wife and children of Mr.Thillainatarajan/second appellant in the appeal. The second appellant Thillainatarajan died on 02.11.2023 leaving behind his wife and children as his legal heirs. Hence it has become necessary to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased second appellant in the above appeal as appellants 3 to 5. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
