ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.222 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the proceedings in C.C.No.222 of 2015 has been closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Vide order dated 15.04.2021. 3.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public prosecutor, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
