Mr.B.R.Ramesh Babu is present on behalf of the plaintiff. Mr. R.Venkataraman is present on behalf of the third defendant. The second defendant died pending suit. Application to bring the legal heirs on record as defendants 4 to 7 taken out, allowed and amendments carried out. Now, suit summons have to be served on defendants 4 to 7.

2. It is submitted by Mr.B.R.Ramesh Babu that even in the delay condonation petition to bring the legal heirs on record, substituted service has to be resorted to, as defendants 4 to 7 are not residing in the address given in the plaint. he undertakes to ascertain the correct present address and send suit summons. This exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks.
