This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. I have considered the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Having satisfied with the same, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the C.R.P. and post the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
