ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in para 5 in the order of this court dated 11.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30819 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this court while granting bail to the petitioner has imposed a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction court concerned. He would submit that the petitioner's family is in
very indigent condition and thereby, nobody has come to help for executing the surety of Rs.15,000/-. He would further submit that petitioner is ready to produce any one blood related surety.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has 7 previous cases, out of which one relates to similar offence.
4. Heard both sides.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditional bail granted by this court in Crl.O.P.No.30819 of 2024 by order dated 11.12.2024 in 'Paragraph 5' is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, out of which, one must be a blood related surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu, and the other conditions shall remains unaltered.
6. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is modified.
