These applications have been filed to raise the Order of attachment of this Court dated 22.03.2016.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the entire amount of Rs.40,00,000/- has been settled to the respondent and also filed the statement of accounts in respect of the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has also confirmed the fact that the entire amount has been settled and they have no objection in raising the Order of attachment.

Accordingly, these applications are Ordered as prayed for. The registry is directed to inform the raising the Order of attachment to the concerned Registrar.
