3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.130 of 2015 is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Penagaram and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.103 of 2016.
