JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 25.10.2016 in GWOP.No.41 of 2013 passed by the learned District Judge, Nagapattinam.

2. Today, the parties and respective counsels are present. On 12.07.2018, when both the parties with respective counsels appeared before this Court and they agreed to live together. Accordingly, the respondent/wife agreed to go to the house of the appellant/husband at Puducherry along with their sons. Today, i.e., on 16.07.2018, both the appellant and respondent appeared and it is stated by them that they are happily reunited and living together at No.13, Third Cross Street, Roja Nagar, Arumbathapuram, Villiannur Commune, Puducherry. Both the parties have agreed to withdraw the cases pending against each other from respective Courts and other connected matters involved in this matter. Accordingly, the learned counsels and respective parties have agreed to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.
