Based on the complaint given by the second respondent, first respondent police registered a case against the petitioners and others in Crime No.282 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w 120(B) of IPC. During pendency of investigation, A3 & have filed these petitions seeking to quash the above FIR against them. completed and charge sheet also filed before the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Land Grabbing Cases-II, Periamet, Chennai - 03, and produced the copy of the same. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives in these criminal original petitions and the same are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
