O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Vellore, dated 27.05.2015, in Crl.M.P.No.174 of 2015 in S.C.No.280 of 2010, dismissing the application filed by the prosecution under Section 311 Cr.P.C. to examine Mr.Mohan as an additional witness before the trial Court.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the case in S.C.No.280 of 2010 has ended in conviction of the accused persons by judgment dated 15.11.2017, passed by the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Vellore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
