The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Bank to permit him to withdraw the pension from his account No.11191517212.

2. Today (02.07.2021), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
