JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned senior counsel appearing for the first respondent, we have asked them to work out the possibility of resolving the dispute considering the fact that the appellant is a lady aged about 60 years.

2. Accordingly, the following terms have been agreed:- (i) The first respondent/Management shall pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) to the appellant;

(ii) The aforesaid amount will have to be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

(iii) The aforesaid amount to full quit of all the claims of the appellant. Therefore, there will not be any more demand that can be possibly made against the first respondent.

(iv) There shall not any more proceedings between the parties and the appellant will not have any claim against the first respondent.

3. The writ appeal stands disposed of on the above terms and consequently, the order of the learned Single Judge stands modified. No costs.

4. We place on record the efforts taken by both the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the first respondent.
