C.M.P.No.2216 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.121713 of 2022 N.MALA.J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 157 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous appeal against the Judgment and award made in MCOP.No.94 of 2020 dated 10.12.2022 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal(Special Court-II), Jayankondam.

2. Though notice has been served to the 1st and 2nd respondents, none appeared on behalf of them.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 157 days is condoned.
