Apart from the contention stated by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), it is also stated that on completion enquiry in Crime No.218 of 2023 wherein the petitioner is arrayed as A2, the charge sheet has been filed categorizing the petitioner is an absconding accused. Naturally the petitioner will have to surrender before the concerned Court and the petition for anticipatory bail will not lie.

2.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
