(4th respondent is declared as major and his grand mother K.Rukmani is discharged from guardianship of R4 vide Court order dated 06.06.2024 made in CMP.Nos.9770 and 9774 of 2024 in CRP.No.68 of 2022 by PDBJ) PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order passed by the learned State Transport Appellate Tribunal in M.V.Appeal No.22 of 2018 dated 30.12.2021 dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner by confirming the order of the 1st respondent made in proceedings R.No.58142/A2/2017 dated 17.4.2018 rejecting the petitioner's application for transfer of permits in respect of stage carriages TN-34/U-6688 plying on the route " Tiruchengode to Salem "TN-34/L-6488 plying on the route "Poolampatty to Patlur, TN-34/D-1588spare bus permit from the name of late T.M.Kandhasaamy, the deceased 1/4
permit holder in the name of the petitioner.

ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned State Transport Appellate Tribunal in M.V.Appeal No.22 of 2018 dated 30.12.2021 dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner by confirming the order of the 1st respondent made in proceedings R.No.58142/A2/2017 dated 17.4.2018 rejecting the petitioner's application for transfer of permits in respect of stage carriages TN-34/U-6688 plying on the route "Tiruchengode to Salem" TN-34/L-6488 plying on the route "Poolampatty to Patlur", TN-34/D-1588 spare bus permit from the name of late T.M.Kandhasaamy, the deceased permit holder in the name of the petitioner.
2. The parties have decided to compromise the dispute amicably among themselves.
3. Joint Compromise Memo dated 10.06.2024, have been filed by the petitioner, 3rd and 4th respondents before this Court. The petitioner, 3rd and 4th respondents were also present before this Court and have no objection for 2/4
transfer of permits in respect of stage carriages TN-34/U-6688 plying on the route "Tiruchengode to Salem" TN-34/L-6488 plying on the route "Poolampatty to Patlur" and TN-34/D-1588 spare bus permit from the name of late T.M.Kandhasaamy, the deceased permit holder in the name of the petitioner. This Court also enquired both the parties and was satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves and the same is recorded.
4.Accordingly, in view of the settlement arrived between the parties this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed by setting aside the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 30.12.2021 and the joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
