The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent in proceedings No.5308/09 Bk-1, dated Nil and quash the same.

2. Today (16.03.2016), in the connected Writ Petition in W.P.No.4680 of 2016 filed by the petitioner's wife, this Court has set aside the impugned order therein and remitted the matter back to the respondents therein, with liberty to issue fresh notice by correctly mentioning the number of the relevant document and proceed in accordance with law.
