This petition is filed to substitute the petitioners herein namely, (1) Nithiyanathan, S/o. K.Shanmuga Sundaram, (2) Valarmathi, W/o.

K.Shanmuga Sundaram being Legal Representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent K.Shanmuga Sundaram as party respondents in the above Writ Petition.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, substitution petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter.
