It is reported that in both the Second Appeal R1 died.

2. C.M.P.Nos.727, 728 and 729 of 2010 in S.A.No.149 of 2003 have been filed to condone the delay of 1855 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement and to substitute the proposed respondents 3 to 7.

3. C.M.P.Nos.730, 731 and 732 of 2010 in S.A.No.150 of 2003 have been filed to condone the delay of 1855 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement and to substitute the proposed respondents 3 to 7.

4. In all the above CMPs, notice was served to the proposed respondents and their names are printed in the cause list.

5. Today there is no representation on either side.

6. Perused the affidavit in support of the condone delay petitions and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, the CMPs are ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned.
