JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The instant intra-Court appeal is directed against the order dated 10.12.2012 rendered in W.P. No.25614 of 2005. The aforestated order impugned in the instant appeal was rendered by the learned Single Judge on 10.12.2012, directing the respondents/authorities, who are the appellants herein, to pass orders within a period of twelve weeks. The time limit granted by the learned Single Judge has already come to an end long back. Thus, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain the instant appeal, leaving the question of law open to be decided in an appropriate case. Resultantly, the writ appeal stands dismissed with the aforesaid observation. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar cad
