ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to execute the bailable warrant of arrest dated 02.03.2020 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyattam, Vellore District in C.C.No.249 of 2016 against the 2nd respondent and produce him before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyattam, within a stipulated time.

2. It is reported before this Court that the bailable warrant has been executed.
