ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to return the articles taken custody in Crime No.84 of 2021 on the file the Inspector of Police, CCB-I, Job Racket Wing, Team 28.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the respondent has registered the case against the husband of the petitioner in Crime No.84 of 2021 and the articles belonging to the petitioner which are not connected to the case in Crime have been seized by the respondent and kept in their custody. Hence, the present petition filed seeking to direct the respondent to return the articles.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the articles seized from the accused in Crime No.84 of 2021 have been produced before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Jurisdictional Magistrate dealing with CCB Cases, Chennai, vide property No.194 of 2022 on 01.02.2022.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate seeking return of property in accordance with law.
