(CRIME NO.218 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioner has to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Vanoor or any other court instead of surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No. II, at Villupuram imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP. No. 23415 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6 in Crl.O.P.No.23415 of 2021 on 07.12.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that "the petitioner has to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Vanoor instead of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Villupuram". All other conditions remain unaltered.
