This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider petitioner's appeal dated 21.09.2024 against the order passed in Na.Ka.No.004/2024/A2 dated 05.09.2024 by the second respondent. 2.The petitioner would submit that he has made an appeal dated 21.09.2024. Since there is no response, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4.Considering the limited request and taking note of the fact that the appeal is pending for 4 months, a mandamus is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
