Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to re-promote and appoint the petitioner as Primary School Headmaster in any one of the vacancies available in Thally Panchayat Union, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2023. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to re-promote and appoint the petitioner as Primary School Headmaster in any one of the vacancies available in Thally Panchayat Union, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
