Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of MANDAMUS, direction in the nature of a writ pertaining to representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2017 directing the 1st respondent to effectively consider his representation dated 06.02.2017 and to dispose the same as per law giving reply to him for all the averments contained there in within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble High Court.

O R D E R
Heard Mr.A.Rajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannankumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2.Though the grievances of the writ petitioner are larger in nature, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner restricted the prayer to the extent of considering his representation submitted to the respondent on 06.02.2017.
3.The writ petitioner was working as a reserve driver in the respondent corporation and performing his duties. His grievances are that his services were deemed to have been abandoned, as per the management and the same is denied by the writ petitioner. 4.The writ petitioner though raised other allegations and grounds in this writ petition, since the prayer is confined by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, it is unnecessary to adjudicate the case on merits.
5.In that view of the matter, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 06.02.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
